Sounds like it's an old stylized drum machine type sound that's been filtered rather than a real drum sound that's been sampled.

Hmmm.. I would start with a very dry, dampened drum set with a bunch of tea towels or moon gels. Filter pretty heavily from there.
It just sounds like a bunch of bass drums really, at slightly different pitches.
I'm not really hearing anything that sounds like a snare or a tom.
Only heard the preview playback sample on "Say It First"

BTW, those Keith Urban drums sound to me like real drums eq'd, not a drum library...
