Anyone interested in mixing a low budget indie film?

I was approached about mixing a low budget indie film(only 2.5-3k available for audio mixing). I'm not going to be able to do it. Just wanted to post here to see if anyone else would be interested.
One thing to note...it is a raunchy, irreverent rom com in the style of late 90s/early 2000s (American Pie, etc..) so if that isn't something you're cool with, just wanted to give you a heads up!
All the director is expecting within that budget is basic clean up and mixing of the dialogue. They recorded one mono boom + lavs for the actors.
